Stumpy HBR has a Mcap of £3.2billion with $4.7B of net debt that's over ten times ours.

Their mcap is 14.5 times our Mcap with production at only 10 x ours so looking at the 2 I would say we are the more undervalued one by roughly 40%

We seem to be stuck in a stalemate situation now, is it that the market doesn't believe we have any sort of transformational deal coming or is it being cautious of another rights issue or open offer that may come with this deal ?

Currently we aren't making enough FCF to pay a dividend or lower the net debt fast enough.

If there is a deal its taking to damn long to complete

This is what we have to change as we are still a debt, interest and EPL zombie paying zero returns.

I wonder if SQZ is on the phone to AB asking to lease the EnQuest producer for 6 months.

Morning Stevo, I'm not to bothered about this years forecast as its a bit irrelevant considering we know a deal isn't to far away and that changes everything.

Transformational returns is what investors are interested in as nothing else seems to matter in this current climate.
