Again I don't understand why the SP is falling against a rising Brent price. The board were well happy at the AGM, all seemed fine and everything is going in the right direction.

Or were they putting on a straight face and things ain't as rosy as they have made out.

They are telling us one story the market is telling us another, we are now 40% down from April 1st

R all I want is the market to finally wake up and see the potential here and start valuing our fundamentals inline with the others in the sector.

We are worth more than the silly £205m market cap we current have.

We are currently down 7% over the past week while the others in the sector have enjoyed a nice rise.

I don't understand why this is considering we are somewhat shielded only paying 40% Tax rather than the full 78% and the K lease has dropped by 70%

I should have asked the question. "Are the board not embarrassed by the poor SP performance and the miserable daily volumes".

I did ask the question of what the dividend would be for 2025 as buybacks don't work on low volume, all I got was "Its not been decided yet"

Probably Frack all again.

It all depends on what deal will be done to utilise the Tax credits

I will use the cash paid into my isa accounts to reinvest here but the rest I’m handing over to the government and what’s left I’ll put towards a takeaway and possibly a bottle of wine

I have no idea how they are going to achieve it either Dumbly but they are aiming at production rates much higher than we currently have.

They said with the current Tax credits currently available will take us 10 years to use up and the aim is to use them up over the next 3 years

How they are going to do that is what we are waiting to for.

It was said by one of the shareholders that our marketing strategy was dismal and the company must start selling the Enquest story to the market, The board did agree with him saying they had kept a low profile in the past not sticking their heads above the parapet.

So the way I read the Enquest strategy is increase the Asia side of the business for the whole purpose of a less volatile commodity price so we can sustain shareholder profits without having the risk of volatile UK Tax changes but at the same time build on the UK production to use up our Tax credits within 3 years, well that's the plan apparently.

Veri energy will be a tool for Carbon capture and green energy so it ticks all the right boxes for governments and also other companies looking to tick the right boxes through M&A

We now just need this government to give in and accept the fact net zero will bankrupt the country and reduce or re structure the EPL, Why can't the UK supply the EU with our clean oil and Gas rather than Russia ? It would do wonders for Reaves and the economy

We have to be patient and frustrated as always
