If we can see off this Temporary drop in oil prices without much of a hit on our share price we should be set up for another run at 30p as oil price rise again
Oil selling off yesterday and this morning over Opec raising production. It’s obvious that they need to introduce a raise slowly I would hold the cuts for another month with SA increasing 500k out of that 1m - I think the market will be happy with that. They need to be careful not to unwind the last 6 months
Like we have always said Shale production will bounce back fast, nothing gets in the way not even them making a loss. They will be probably be at 15m by the end of the year.
Finished off today at 20.75p A good day considering the oil price falling away a little. Oil a little twitchy coming up to the Opec meeting, I would laugh loudly if they decide to roll over the agreed cuts for another month. You never know
I would like to shake AB’s hand, thank him for speeding up my retirement, hosting the 60p party and speeding up the ability to use a squeegee on my head.
So it’s reported that Opec and Opec + will increase production by 1.6m from April 1st. Will this be enough to meet demand, just is my view but not for long and they will need to increase that each month. That’s when we will see who’s already cheating
How much spare supply do they actually have that can be bought on quickly ? How many of them are cheating.
As we have seen this year most oillies have seen production drops by at least 10% for 2021, add that up and that where the short fall is coming from. We are going to see quite a jump in demand as European planes take to the sky's again and people start moving around again. Do we have enough spare supply .....Not so sure
I made the silly mistake first thing and emailed my concerns over to Ian Wood: I feel very silly now after his reply lol Dear Mr ******** They are two very different and completely unrelated assets. As the press release this morning showed, Eagle was an EnQuest discovery in 2016 in which we owned 100% equity that we have not progressed further due to other priorities since. In order for it have the chance to progress, we have agreed to farm-down to Hiibiscus who can look at a potential development concept. Golden Eagle is a non-operated asset that we are looking to acquire that has been in production since 2014 and offers material production and cash flows to the Group. I hope this clarifies. Kind regards Ian
Hitman, Some taking profits today, wait for this afternoon if Brent holds out. We are at least 50% undervalued currently and that's too irresistible to ignore
