$80 Brent isn’t expensive !
Since 2008 when Brent was $120 a litre of petrol was about £1.25 a litre and the refineries were making good profit so why is petrol £1.47 a litre now with Brent at $80 ?
How can we expect drillers, oil companies, oil workers etc to not ask for higher wages just to keep the price of oil down so everyone else can benefit!
$100 Brent isn’t that expensive if you compare it to all other commodities now. (Overly the charts)
It costing me another £20 a month in fuel compared to 2019 - do I notice that - no not one bit as my earnings have increased as I’ve had to increase my prices due to my overheads increasing every year and of course my supply’s going up.
My house has increased by 55% from 2008
Everything creeps up
