I totally agree Pelle but the market is always 2 steps in front and I don’t understand why the market has reacted so poorly, remember the market is about making money it’s not interested in climate change or what’s politically correct, it’s about returning a profit. I can’t find any other sector as attractive as the UK oil stocks, it’s like a brimmed fruit machine in the pub, everyone knows it’s going to pay out shortly but no one wants to be the one to be the one to go first incase you just add to the pot.

I completely agree we should be valued so much higher but why is no one buying ?
We then go back to the same old statement, when it sounds too good to be true it usually is !
But we are at least worth a conservative 40p

I agree with you regarding Malcolm Wood, I asked him once why he didn’t cover Enquest- he said Enquest wouldn’t speak to him and he’d tried and tried ! I also asked him what I thought about PMO and the cash call TD called before the HBR takeover and he said it was a great move - It was at that point when Knew selling most of my PMO stock was the correct move (Wish I’d sold all of it) Malcolm Wood is a shyster!

Gurun that’s the problem it’s not adding anything to our SP when fundamentally it should be, we should be seeing about $40m per month added to the market cap each month going forward if our figures are correct

Exactly Pelle so why do we have a falling market cap with lack of investors wanting to buy. ?
The market obviously thinks we are not cheap and we are correctly valued.
It’s so frustrating, we might have picked that one stock that looks great, outperforms it’s piers but stays unloved undesirable
That’s why Enq must publish a clear plan to attract investors again

Pelle we were 30p before the Covid pandemic hit, pushing us straight down to to the lows of 2020 but we never recovered.
I would class that as still down by 20%

We are the only one in the red again, high oil prices can’t push the sp up, the GE can’t push the SP up in fact both can’t even hold the SP up.
We had a higher SP last month even after the appalling update with oil prices $10 lower.
If the Brokers are forecasting mid 30’s why aren’t they buying ?

Yes we could renegotiate the bonds but our main aim is to reduce the debt so we reduce the cost of the debt. At the moment we are just using up our assets to pay down interest on the debt, just like interest only mortgage, we need to remove as much of the debt burden as possible whist we have highish oil prices.
Renegotiating the bonds might give us a quick boost but that’s it.
I’d love to see Tamak’s figures turn into reality but I think that’s just a dream unless we see prolonged oil prices above $90
