I want to know if part of our debt is classed as deductible due to these funds being used to purchase machinery etc on producing assets ? Surely when you need to purchase new generators etc that is classed as operational cost. We have had a lot of that sort of thing over the past 5 years.

We need to start buybacks boll ox to the target of 0.5

Lets hope we have seen the bottom of this sell off and the SP recovers next week.

HBR buying shares yesterday didn't help their position either. Share buy backs may well work for us especially with low volume, it would stop these large falls happening.
Enquest was targeting EBITA ratio of 0.5 but that was only a guide. Nothing stopping EnQuest doing it now

I bought a few HBR this morning as they dropped below where hit on the last WFT announcement

I'm sure whoever is driving the SP will take us down to 21p or lower again over the next few days, If it does hit that I will view the downside risk gone and may re buy what I sold yesterday

Stupmy Enquest is a great company but this government have ruined what we have been working so hard for over the past 7 years. We finally get into a position of strength to have our profits stolen under the excuse of the war ! Oil prices have risen due to low oil prices, Gas prices yes but oil no. This is a labour government in wearing blue ties !

Going to sit on my hands for a while and see what happens over the next month or so, if we hit 21p again I might buy the shares I sold back again and at 21p at least they will be protected somewhat from further loss
