We just need a buy back programme to start, £50m per year will at least put a floor under our SP and if the SP stays around 20p - 25p for 5 years, come 2028 when the EPL is due to finish there will only be around 900m shares left.

The US produce 12m a day, they consume 20m and half of that production needs blending with different grades.

The us reserves are sitting around just 50 days of gross oil consumption if anything were to happen to their imports.

He’s obviously doing that after Russia announced they will be dropping production by 500k
