I agree but if they say it’s in a boat at the end of June and then it’s July it gets shipped Lorna gets less credibility so by staying quite and then coming out when the papers are signed and the rig is booked on she doesn’t have to worry about back tracking in a few weeks time.

Frustrating for us left in the dark but she keeps her credibility.

We signed the loi 2 months ago I’d like to think they have been looking to get it repaired in this time. I suspect this far in it’s just getting it’s final once over before going and may be replacing the odd bit that looks a little worn as a precaution.

The import/ export docs should go smoothly as Sofiri do this all the time so should be a standard process they follow.

But skippy I agree once the contract is signed you know it’s good to go, I get the feeling noble gloss over things so the contract signature is huge for me. Even if it went on a boat mid July I wouldn’t cry as it’s signed and just missed the deadline.

Il realistically I’d like to get an update this week. On Friday it will be 2 weeks until the boat departs ( we don’t have an exact date so could be sooner) but sofiri need to get the rig transported their and ensure the boat has space so 2 weeks isn’t much time so the contracts need to be signed asap so sofari can do their part.

Futura medical was given fda approval today meaning futura medical can now sell their product in America. The sp should spike today before dropping back down so I’ll use some of my funds from he1 on Friday to try snd buy into the spike this am.

It’s a fair point, but I think it’s too price sensitive to delay by a month I’d of thought if it was negative.

Going forward coukd they share processing plant as they are both close do coif they pump the gas from a well to a plant in between both sites and then share a plant and all the costs associated with it? Doesn’t make sense two local companies not sharing facilities and will infrastructure need improving as I know it gets very wet in the Rainey season so will they need to invest money in making proper roads to get the helium tankers out of rukwa and to where ever it goes?

It seems noble already have people arranged to buy the helium strait from the well it seems. If noble have that it’s highly likly that he1 have the same agreements in place prob with the same people if I’m being honest

Just sold half my he1 shares incase the rig doesn’t come through. I think we will see some drift next week but left half in just incase it drops earlier than expected

That’s a big increase but if they buy another oil company with all the cash they have that will drive up the sp.
