That’s my stance too Horult a few bad days but then once they have all been flipped we can start to see it move up as excite builds up for the two drills this year.

It takes the elephant out the room so to speak so no mote worrying about the placing as it’s happened. It’s not a huge dilution and we get two shots now so I think it will attract more people to hold for the first set of results rather than derisking as they have chance to recover money a few weeks later and if they get helium after two drills we may have more helium than we imagined and the sp could be crazy high

I think there was a leak they have stopped an rns today saying they will review the mining licence so it might not be granted but better than it’s denied.

The market cap is 2 mil which is very small you could buy 10% if the company for 200k so a company of that size a bit if interest would drive the sp up very quickly. It could also drop after the initial excitement too. You could prob trade it today but if your liking to buy in prob better off waiting a week or so whilst the price settles back down.

Dai I didn’t read that anywhere but they will have to get approval to raise I’d of thought to pay the shell company back. We may have enough head room each year to cover the costs but not sure?

Deep they have done a placing for intuitional investors where they will find most of it. The second part is for retail investors to buy into it. They want to raise 6.3 mil but usually they are over subscribed so will prob raise 7-9 mil and bank the rest for a rainy day (Lornas new company car)

They did the cash box route today where they open up a new shell company in a lax country like jursey and then do the fund raise through the shell company they then loan the money to he1 and then when they do the next agm they get approval for a fundraise to pay off the the shell company and that’s how they got around the no fundraising rules by doing it in their shell company instead

Two weeks to spud a week for flow test on g and a further week for lab results. We could be doing our second drill in just 6 weeks time. Crew are on site (or will be next few days) long lead items are almost on site and we own the rig so makes complete sense to do back to back drills as we have everyone together.

Lb pulled off the rig news now these, what’s next????? Signed commercial agreements? Buy out?? With two potential resources to tap into this could be 80-90 pence before Christmas imagine the gift you could get for your wife….. smelly bath sets all round!!!!!!

That coco isn’t real I’m sure it’s just a paid ramper, he went quite whilst the sp slipped if it rises now he wil be back out saying things that aren’t true. But they’re in our favour so I guess someone had to pay too whack so we get our profits?

Could be a real trading opp get out before results and buy on a duster then buy back in for the second drill
