For those considering Gex as an investment, don't listen to what others say but read through the official RNS which are legal binding. Some info there to consider

1. AEM-PTP survey showed significant gas anomaly in very large area at Hussar.

2. Hussar drilling is fully funded with 4.2M recieved AFTER the July 2024 financial report.

3. Mt winter license to he confirmed but likely obtained in December

I find it puzzling here. Premier Miton was not a major shareholder (>3%) on 9th Oct because it was not in the list announced here: https://www.georginaenergy.com/investors/significant-shareholders

Nor it is in the list of significant shareholder in the prospectus during the RTO. Can it be that it has LOADED shares to 8.8% of Georgina and latter offloaded to 4.35% all these occuring after 9th Oct

The recent update is unbelievable that the interviewer couldn’t help laughing @2.15min, Georgina needs to prove itself on the drilling to determine who has the last laugh.

Corrections: those numbers are before RTO. It was diluted by 5 times when re listed.

For long term investor, will be happy for the price to dip furthur so that we can scoop up few more shares.

FYI, during the interview, it was mentioned that both ceo and cfo poured in excess of 2.5 million pounds into Georgina. According to the prospectus, they have about 20 million shares. So they own about 12.5p per shares. Anything less than this is a good bargain as you are getting better price than the founders ;)

The valuation can be anything before real drilling result is out :)

but I m optimistic because

1) AEM-PTP survey done in March 2022 suggest significant gas hidden in the area

2) officer basin salt layer which Hussar well sits on is one of the oldest in the world, this has high potential to trap helium gas which was produced by volcanic rock radioactive decay over very long time.

If accordinf to plan, results will be out next year. If there is commercially viable flow and helium concentration, price will be beyond 124p.
