If the resource is high enough in terms of quantity & the grades are of good enough quality I'm sure there will be plenty of interest though.

Never any gaurantee's with investing but the way I see it is if first sales go ahead Q1 2023 as per last rns & if you get an offtake from the MOU then your risking 1 to get 4-6 bags back. I'm not risking 1 to get 1 back. If it was aim I would have exited but its not it's on main market so I hold a degree of hope all is well & above board.

we know retail has bought mtec but no way has retail pushed the SP up this far in a matter of days taking all the seller had to offer. I very much doubt retail had the capacity for this. Wouldn't be suprised to see a TR1 soon.

Got to do your own research & not rely on socials. Great to find suggestions with the right social accounts, thereafter it's dyor & all on you. Grant has sold by looks of it going by twitter account & remember he counted down the trading sessions to first sales & the re rate daily during december. If you rely solely on socials with no research then when people pull out & sell your thinking wtf just happened & why am I loosing money. Having done research you realise if sales go ahead Q1 2023 then the value is still there. You then further realise people have sold not because the economics of the business aren't there but because they think the board haven't covered themselves in glory, thought the worst & jumped ship. It boils down to trust of the bod & Geo-politics of the country allowing equipment in. Right now & less about fundamentals. The markets ain't like 2019/2020 & people do need to adapt.

It a main market listed company. Trust is usually an issue on aim not main market. I'm sure Carl's intentions are good & to get first sales Q1 2023 & if so value is still there. But if it is yet more delays due to red tape from getting equipment/parts into the country & that pushes back first sales them no doubt people will re-evaluate their holding.

First sales are for Q1 2023 we are only 10 days into Q1 2023 & already your panicking about more equipment delays.

Times move on & geo political landscapes change as do regimes. Yes there has been concern from locals due to coal fires & being re housed, yet the local authorities have decided to press ahead with coal anyway & make the region a coal hub.

As for needing more money - fully funded to production. If production starts as expected Q1 2023 Cash from sales will be used to further expand the business.

The targets on twitter are merely illustrations of how underpriced this is & that tiny volumes move the SP. With the heard not in yet & the sucess ratio of drilling campings across sarawak its only a matter of time in my opinion before they arrive.

That's the feeling I'm getting investors & traders that sold are suspicious, got spooked & sold. So much so you would think this is an AIM listed company not a main market listed company which it is. I guess people are suspicious of Carl but main market has much tighter regulations than AIM & that gives me hope that Carl is being honest & upfront & that first sales will start next quater. When you look at the recent raise at 6p no dilution to SP, billionaire taking some 2.5m & then look at something like the TWD raise which was at 92.09% discount to the day before & the SP being down over 100% now in last two days I don't think it is all doom & gloom here at CGO. Again I may be right, I may be wrong only the market can be the judge of that. Unfortunately my risk management won't allow me to buy any more but if I had more % of my pf to spare I'd buy more as I like to buy when it's quite not go chasing the hot stocks everyone is talking about as usually the rise has already happened & your left holding the baby so to speak.

I'm surprised how much sentiment changes with investors in the space of a month. Only last month many agreed that from mid 6p /7p that this would be 10p+ some saying as high as 20-30p.

What happens company put back first sales for one quater, price drops to low 5's & now by some miracle we are to believe as investors the value of the company is no longer there!

I think this is more a case of people not trusting Carl & traders.

With the Petronas O&G discovery off rhe cosy of Sarawak & with the images from the Upland Resources twitter page showing other oil fields extend into block SK334 then this won't be sub o.5p for long. Not for getting that Shell are also operating in the area looking for discoveries themselves. Join the dots, follow the majors & recent discoveries...

On AIM this would have be hilarious but it's a different story for a main market listed company. That said I do share some of your concern.

With an outlook like that it does beg the question why you invest in miners at all?

I have optimism despite caution given Carl's interesting past. Yes we have went from people queuing up for offtakes to an un-named MOU with a MNC but we also had an extremely wealthy individual/family take a decent portion in the last raise at 6p. Millionaires & billionaires tend to make money more often than loose money.
