Is this company just a front to offload worthless assets from "mates". Seems like it. NIMBYS over rule everything now,, hence the offloading of assets in to vehicles like ujo, so the chosen few can sell on their shares on the occasional spike and ramp fest and flip the fook out of it.

Its clear looking at twitter today who was invited to the party. All of these deals are only ever going to come good if they can actually produce (and the nimbys will see to that with their loaded dice), that's if the oil is there to start with.
