#ADL for arguments sake, assuming the 399bcf recoverable has materialises, ADL have just below a 16% interest which equates to 64 bcf recovearble. Of course they have to prove it up first and provide funding. Meanwhile the placing shares will be doing what?

the p/e ratio is too low here, agree mid 30's seems more like fair value imo, if not higher.

Bez, the other thing to note on the recent angs application was that councils can NOT, and were reminded, make judgment based on seismic activity, roughly as I recall it is not their duty//out of their hands, this is more of a national department. So refusal on any grounds like that is unjust.I hope the bods of edr/ujo are aware of this, if not make them!

The local planning officer was quite clear and seemed to stand up for his own departments findings, ie FACT. So I hope edr pursue this avenue and get better representation. This needs to go to court imo. EDR (fact, wealth creation, energy security) vs NLC (factless emotion).

why the sell off?

if any of you watched the angus application the other day, you will realise EDR was robbed.

In the angus case, of the councillors who spoke before the vote, 2 for 4 against, the two based decision on the recs of the planning officer and that of the law, the objectors just gave self opinionated reason , one even commented on bringing back flogging (words to that effect)!.

The leader of the council seemed to advise that all was correct legally and that a postponement would cost the council.

So, by this example you could clearly see that EDR/UJO were unjustly denied, and for that should persue this further with better legal advice. And get the government to intervene if needed.

if you, z, or anyone is so concerned why not launch a plot to oust bell from the ceo role.

Why don't put the current and past in to perspective, we just came out of a multi year resource bear market, and you blame one person. Its that sort of analysis that grinds most people, and its just kind of talk anyone short or trading uses to dissuade others to buy or rather to sell to reinforce their own position.
