Re Sibanye buyout of Lonmin - seemed to be from Dec 2017 to May 2019 (17 months) but the first offer was on the table in Dec 17 so people could sell at the (first) offer price then. Do we know how long it was from start of the sale process to publication of the first offer ?

BBC says the government is buying thousands of test machines in September for this test. Suggests to me that our test is therefore not imminent.

If you open the link in that tweet ( https://cdsco.gov.in/opencms/opencms/en/Latest-Public-Notices/ ) and then open the associated pdf it contains a list of 106 approved tests of which ODX is one. Not sure if our sp will necessarily rise as a result of being one of 106 ?

Neither AVCT nor ODX mentioned so not sure why this is relevant to us ? Clearing out the cowboys, leaving the way clear for the professionals.
