Someone paid 18.00 at 11:50 for 10,000 shares whereas all the other buys around that time are in the range 17.36-17.39. Why would someone have paid 18.00 ?

On HL currently you can buy 50 shares for 17.365 and sell 50 shares for 17.277.

No I mean sells. The 17.26 trades are sells, the 17.36+ are buys - I have been doing dummy buys and sells on HL.
