“Not so long ago in January 2023 the peak intraday price was plus minus 70p. That was when there were >300m shares issued. Pro rata with circa 200m shares, that's 105p.
If the shares were trading at approx £1 now the company would be valued at just over £200m. Given the enormous potential of the technology involved that's small beer for anyone with the rescources to take it under their wings for future investment and developement. It's not out of line with previous precedents for the sale of other QD companies (such as QD Vision) nor with the $130m one off settlement with Samsung.
What is more, according to the CEO, it's likely all going to shake out one way or another this summer.”
