Your observations of the market are quite interesting. My own, first hand experience is that its regulation and oversight from FCA and others has been lax, reactive rather than proactive, and lacking any kind of teeth when actors behave questionably, or flat out illegally.

I have a long list of examples, all the way from repeated large scale trading in closed periods (by reputable large institutional investors into FTSE 250 companies over 6months closed period, during a takeover.) Hardly got a slap on the wrist. (Dragon Oil)

Forward selling. A large scandal a few years ago with New World Oil (NEW) on AIM, some jokers forward sold a few billion shares, larger than the entire outstanding shares on the register at the time. Resulted in a massive squeeze that resulted in "We're unable to allocate your shares" after 20days.. on a T2. Eventually the company was "forced" to issue the new shares as the market makers were short. Brokers and players got away scot free.

The list of stories like that is never-ending, especially on AIM and unscrupulous actors take full advantage of it. Vulnerable AIM companies often play along as they are desperate for funds. This is one of the reasons many refuse to even touch AIM with a bargepole. Its history is not a pretty read.

Anyway,

A lot will depend on our BOD and their contacts, their reputation and honesty, but the sooner we're on ASX the less likely we'll be exposed to the shenanigans of the AIM or UK markets and their shortcomings. (less exposed I should say).

I hope SB and Kuenzel are equally aware and keen on that ASX listing......

Let's hope it happens sooner rather than later.

Hi Manlord! Agreed on the %%%% (!!!)

As "meh" as the current share price is, this latest set of grades over 7% have the potential to be a true gamechanger. Not to mention sections of 10%+

(Yes, this is on top of the gamechanging scale of Pitfield and the gamechanging composition, making it easy to process!)

The difference between 5 and 7% can represent multipliers of the profit margins. It's a shame we don't yet have a scoping study of PFS to put a number on it, as it's currently very abstract and the current SP not in line with what we have. If this was viable at 3% due to free digging, no crushing and no overburden, it became very attractive when we knew it could be processed without lots of iron, radioactive or hard to separate gangue materials. It then became fascinating at 2.2bn MRE and an average grade of just over 5%......

Once the piloting starts giving some numbers and output results I think this will become clearer to the market.

At 7%+ (Enough for a few years?) this should be.... a no brainer.

I can't wait for the next 12months.

Speaking of noise... I'm hearing the right noises from the upcoming Free Trade Deal that EU-Australia are hopefully about to conclude and sing next week.

High up on that list is critical minerals, especially those that are critical for defense and currently reliant on Chinese suppliers.

For what it's worth, I think most people are missing, -and SB almost spelled it out- in the interview, is that the difference between 5-6% and 10%+ is much larger than the % might lead you to believe at first glance. Those last 4% might represent 60%+ of the profit margin of the early project. (and at these scales the "early project" might be a decade of mining!)

So to be able to run the operation with huge profit margins, or a cash flow that would allow them an ROI off the charts....to pay back loans or invest aggressively in CAPEX intensive Metal sponge infrastructure, solar, thermal power.. etc...

This is a HUGE difference hidden in a modest "%" increase in the RNS...

I don't think the market has fully grasped it. Especially not the shorting crew desperate to dropping the price to these silly levels..

Now we just need some meat on the bones with regards to piloting and final products.

Interesting points RogB,

I find it very curious that SB and Kuenzel both mentioned the potential for geothermal as a potential additional energy source in the recent presentations. (on top of the gas pipeline and electic lines)

Perhaps the Kroll process it the natural starting point, but there might be others.... FFC Cambridge seems to have some potential, and perhaps worth looking into.

Either way, as most of us are aware, a great deal of the effort will fall on Australia, both it's local government in WA but also the Aus Gov to really put some effort into investments and incentives to move away from being a raw materials exporter, and start becoming an industrialised nation able to process and refine the ore into TiO2, and TiO2 into Sponge, and Sponge into Metal, and metal into specialised parts for Healthcare, turbines, landing gear, suspensions and space components......

I hold high hopes for transformational news happening soon.

Three things that stand out to me;

1. expected costs of production; cheaper than 90% of the suppliers. A market that's between a rock and a hard place. (China price dumping, Trump Tariffing it to hell= no viable business for Pigment or Metal except the very few)

2. at the end (last 2min) in the next few months he says; Wanna make leaps forward. keen to take risks and jump ahead of the Lassonde curve. (note to self; straight to parallel PFS/DFS?, accelerated permitting?)

3. SB mentions the importance of getting assigned Major Project Status by the Australian Gov.

What I'm missing for now is a Ti Ingot on the table. (SB, where is the output from Feb's bulk sampling???)

Once the output is confirmed, (and the process can be shown) the rest should fall in place very, very quickly.

Having multiple options for Pigment(s), TiCL4, Sponge, etc at various Pitfield locations is world class(!)

Looking forward to the next few months... It's bound to get interesting.

It's a great question! I'd argue that Empire are still very early in their efforts, but it's crystal clear that Australia has made a priority of Critical minerals including specifically Titanium and this will benefit sooner or later. Both Australia, US, Europe and global companies are scrambling to secure supply chains. Look at Japan's desperate investment in deepest darkest Malawi just to ensure Ti access. Says it all...

Currently russia holds most of the Ti metals market, followed by China. (and China also has global dominance on pigments)

Both are a direct threat to Western prosperity.

It's a no-brainer where this is going.

Best outcome for Investors would be AUS Gov loan and possible stake. -once the project is de-risked (Yes, MRE is a part of that)

I consider the likelihood of that to have increased substantially. Governments move slow, but once they do it could be significant.

This is a world class project, and Australia has the opportunity to gain substantial geo-strategic value from it. Far beyond the $ value in the ground they will become the gatekeeper of Rare Eaths as well as Critical Minerals. Anyone can see what's in the headlines these days.

And yes, you can "win" by picking up before 70p. Not so impressive.

I just picked up more at 42p. (And 2.3, 3, 4.2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.2, 10, 12, 17, 24, 32, 33, 34, 40, 42, 50p)

Could I have traded it on the way? Maybe, but holding and topping up has been much much easier.

I see a pattern and a direction.
