Directors can’t buy if news is imminent. There has to be at least 14 days after director dealings before news , so there could be news shortly or there may not be, if not directors may purchase shares

I wonder if the other tests don’t pick up on this variant, how long would it take them to make a new test which would pick it up
Surely if our test is that good why isn’t the WHO knocking on our door asking for such help ?

Unless I’m missing something, and the more knowledgeable among us Ophiden etc.
Avacta’s test can detect the delta variant while others can’t. !
So if this new variant which appears to be a bigger risk and of more concern than the others.
Will the other tests pick this up, will ours pick this up ?
If not to both, Then AS has quite clearly said Avacta can change the test to suit much quicker and faster than anyone else.
I’m presuming if so and we have proved our test to be the best, then surely governments need the new test and will test everyone with this first.
It beggars belief Avacta are in this position as being the best without the official recognition.
It may be that this new variant if as contagious and deadly as what we may be fearing could be the catalyst for our government to rubber stamp our test sooner rather than later.
We seem to have everything in place now. Fingers crossed we may be the only and first company in the world to bring the new variant test to market. How sweet will that taste !!!

I’m in a bit of a rush but I quickly noticed Avacta posted on linked in 9hrs ago about downloading their information about the best test. I haven’t got time to look at it properly but all very positive and to me they wouldn’t do this without serious confidence.
No doubt someone on here may look to give a more in depth view of it.

The trials must be going well otherwise Avacta wouldn’t have advertise the fact so much.
To much egg on their face and damage done to the company and AS.
I think this is a strong announcement to the world and every drug company in the world.
Companies will be really sitting up to this now.
I wouldn’t be surprised to hear more news on partnerships and deals etc

I`ve invested here on news, looking through the glasses of a layman.
these posts on all boards are littered with rampers, de rampers, very little knowledge, some knowledge, some very good common sense knowlwdge, then we have some people like yourselves, yes I understand that you get frustrated, with the ****y, clever, dim wits, the people that want to bring you back down etc.
some of us are not so lucky to have your understanding or intelligence but honest relivent info helps to keep some of us thinking there might just be something at the end of this tunnel.

We need a healthy debate to asses the value of the company, negative posts which are factual help just as much as positive posts in helping us to decide an entry point, a selling point or to hold.!
Providing the posts are not silly and blatant rubbish then personnely I would like to read

This share is no different. Derampers and tampers are everywhere.

It seems one or two of us have different opinions.
I’ve filtered a very long time ago the said posters, simply because they post drivel.
I welcome negative posts providing I can see logic or facts behind any post.
A healthy debate whether positive or negative is needed on all bosrds. Providing they are well researched and written by someone that appears to know what they are talking about.
So the trolls posts you and others mention are not what I want to read .
Therefore my choice is to filter. Other posters that may appear in the future that either ramp to high hell but post drivel will get the same treatment.

Another quality find of information, but one thing I really struggle is :-
If our product is so superior and it is so easy to use, why in the hell Have we only got the green light for professional use.
I know A/S mentioned we are in the hands of the
Nominated bodies for the CE makings for home use, but that info was from 4 weeks ago.
We just need this confirmation of home use and positive info towards the next stage of the AVA trial and hopefully we should be back to the highs we had at the end of last year

With the findings of notification of wanting more patients by one of our trusted posters. The week promised so much,
Sadly a damp squid has all but found.
The only positive thoughts is that there’s been no news of anything un told about our first patient dosing.

Well done for finding this info, i`m from doncaster but i pass weston park every tuesday so chuffed to see these tests being carried out locally.
the up lift for me was to hear AS saying in his podcast that the first patient being dosed was being monitured closely and that he was very pleased with the results so far, And that the initial trials wouldn`t proceed if there was any indication of things not going very well.

so in a nut shell to see that we are asking for 80 patients is a huge positive step in the trials and so far everything seems to be going to plan.
An RNS to confirm this along with confirmation of the self test would be a huge re rating of the share price.
So much so that Ophidians Target he set of £2.50 10 days ago could be easily achieved.
