Does anyone know how hard or fast does it take to produce AVA6000
If we get to be voted standard of care.
Will we be sable to produce enough quick enough to supply the worlds demand ?
We obviously can create this product in the quantities needed but does anyone know the complexity or the difficulty to ramp up production

Rather than posting messages about share price and how much the company may be worth in a take over bid.
I thought I’d try and find out a little bit more about the tech side of things.

What are the reasons for the length of time between each patient dosing ?
To give time for the drug to work ?
Or because the patient can’t take to much so quickly ?
Or something else ?
My point in asking is if the tolerability is much better to the patient because of no side effects. Could the process be speederd uo

Having gone through all the RNS regarding the 4 cohorts.
All have taken approximately 3/4 months to complete each cohort .
The last RNS to inform us of cohort 5 states that Avacta hopes to complete all cohorts by the first half of the summer .
Is it possible to speed up the trials ?
If not I’m struggling to see how we can go through 3 cohorts in the next 3 months !!

I’m wondering if 250mg has good results will we go to 300mg.
Seems logical, but if we did, is there a young going further to 350mg.
After all it seems and AS has mentioned it on a number of occasions . The benefit would seem to have multiple more cycles rather than huge doses.
Twice as many cycles and 50% more than standard without the side affects.
Got to be a winner and first choice for every patient.
That would nearly triple money spent per annum than what is spent today.

It will be very interesting in phase 1b to see if the patients have their anticipated life extended or even cured ( fingers crossed )
I can not remember in full but I think the mice trials stated the mice that had been given AVA6000 were all still alive compared to the ones that hadn’t.
I really do hope for the patients that it will be successful.
We owe a great deal of debt to them.

Well we have been spoiled over this last 24hrs.
First news of cohort 5.
Then out of hours VOX interview with AS.
Now news on the US recruiting.

I was suprised we didn’t have more of a rise yesterday, but with the interview and the new RNS I’m sure we will have a few days of sustained rises.
I think the Easter break will make me very content this year.
Time to open a nice bottle of Montrachet.

I was looking at some of his other posts on lse and I had to chuckle to myself as the first post he made on one share was to inform other holders that he’d contacted the company to inform them how many errors they were in their RNS’s and website.
Obviously some people have OCD he has RNS disease

It is extremely difficult to create an EGM to turnover the board.
It is not impossible but it rarely happens and when it does, it’s because the board have serious issues with virtually all the shareholders.
You need the vast majority of shareholders on your side.
Beekeeper has just turned up as the next messiah. Claims to know more than others, emailed nomads and the company and before he’s drunk his expresso without a reply, he’s now wanting to throw the nomads off and to replace the board,
So much so, he’s let us know how he mutinied on another share to remove the board.
Flexing his muscles or so he wants us to believe.
Let me tell you this is RS baby he is behind this phenomenon only he can pull this off and he’s doing an absolute sterling job.
