You’re prob right regarding a new pipeline every 12 mo the or so.
But do you think we will get there ?
The chance of a buy out over the next 12 months is pretty high I’d say.
If so then we wouldn’t see the pipeline as it would be swallowed up by a big pharma.
The next 6months news I’d suspect is as much as a big pharma needs to make a bid for Avacta.

I’m not sure why anyone interacts with Wynn.
I blocked him 2 years ago and he is still trashing the company.
Just block him and have done with it

I bought in a couple of months ago and it slowly went down over a few weeks to my suprise.
I sold out and lost a small amount but I took my chance and it didn’t pay off.
Sadly the news today is disastrous, this will plummet more than a lead balloon.
This could either be the end for the company or several years to get back to this point.
I had a small loss but looks like a lucky escape.

I’m thinking Avacta will get bought out at some point.
At what point I’m not sure. This week, next week, next month, 6 months etc.
It’s anyone’s guess. One thing for sure, the opposition definately knows what is going on.
The question then is, what is Avactas value with so much going on and different divisions .
I’ve certainly got no idea, but I would think £5b is a conservative figure considering what the could achieve.
So what’s the max £20b ?
It’s a complete guess but I’m sure things will be bubbling somewhere

Obviously you’ve done your homework and believe very much in your research.
I don’t think you’ve got much option but to follow your judgement and sell up.
It’s probably a good job you’ve found all this out now and sold now rather than keeping the share in your portfolio and loosing more.
I think I will hang in and give them the benefit of the doubt.
Good luck with your other investments and hope you pull back some of your lossers.

Avacta will not have the power to stop any takeover.

If someone comes in with enough money, shareholders set to Make a lot of money will sell.
You won’t be able to stop it .

Yesterday was a very good day. The takeover was warming as it gave confidence companies will takeover Avacta at some point.
The poster was brilliant. Another pipeline product coming on stream.
I the next 2 months we will know max doseage from up to cohort 7.
Sept/ Oct will see the next phase of AVA6000.
Will Avacta still be private by then ?

Your guess as a value is just for AVA6k, which I don’t doubt.
But we have AVA3966 coming to trial shortly plus a pipeline of others and affirmers as well as all other sundries going on.
So what really would be the true value of Avacta ?
I’ve got no idea but probably substantially more than what you are quoting

I think the info we are about to find out about will be quite positive.
Yes the info is all preclinical but previous preclinical data has proved better than expect in clinical trials I.E AVA6000 !

All the info is positive, strengthens the process and strengthens the pipeline.
Surely the SP next week won’t go into negative territory

Having spent a little time last night going over previous RNS and podcasts

Thinking that AVA3996 could be a very big game changer and have a huge impact on the way valcade targets the tumour.
Standard treatments restrict the way valcade enters the tumour.
Toxicity is the main problem, but I’m confident Avacta is going to inform the world on Monday that like AVA6000 they have cracked the method to get valcade into the tumour.
Monday and the rest of next week could get very interesting

Is there any point in joining the Nasdaq.

If news comes out very very positive, will we be taken over ?
If AS can stay independent then yes dual listing on the Nasdaq seems sensible.

I’m just not sure AS will be able to keep Avacta.

I couldn’t agree more but how would the company be valued ?
We have different divisions, how can we put a value on any of them ?
Could the company be split up and how will the shareholders recieve XYZ .
I really do hope we make it, but as you say once proven who will the differs be and what can they afford.
It would be a shame for AS not to be in control as he and the team have done a stellar job.
A scientist but comes across and speaks so well for all the audience to understand in a laments term.
An extraordinary man that needs the accolade he deserves
