I don’t think the money raised was for an acquisition.

It was for a relative low amount and if it was, I’m pretty sure we would have heard of it by now.

All the details would have been discussed before the raise was announced.

So for me it looks like the money raised was for working capital.

Which on reflection dosent bode well for profits being generated !

Lack of comms and details of how the company is performing is eating away at the SP.

Unfortunately we are going to have to sit and wait,

Time will tell how well the company is performing.

You need to understand what you’re talking about.

Oxford have 2 tests , one came out 21/2 years ago and one came out last October

As from last RNS telling of sales, if I remember correctly sales from both tests was just over 2 per day

One test is aprox £2,750

And one test is aprox £750

Some good buys coming through

I’m guessing our friend is adding to his holdings

Asking if it’s too early to be expecting reasonable sales is a little silly.

One of the tests came to the market two and a half years ago.

The board have simply not acted accordingly.

That is why there has been 2 or 3 funding rounds.

And trust me there will be another because the money from last funding round is going very quickly.

The anticipated sales will be too little too late.

They need more money for the large wages of the board

They are not enough to sustain the day to day running costs of the company .

Aim is a joke, but it has allowed itself to become a joke because they have not policed it properly.

The nomads are also to blame because they haven’t policed their clients properly.

And Oxford is a typical example.

The CEO has blatantly and falsely led shareholders wrongly.

The nomads have let them do this, because they are frightened of loosing the revenue from the client . I.E ( Oxford )

It’s a disgrace this has been allowed to happen and in my opinion both the nomads and Oxford should be made accountable by AIM.

Only then will AIM get some integrity back !!

regarding phase 2, i may be wrong but I thought phase 2 was going to start once they have evaluated all the data from this 1st phase ?

I think they was wanting to see what dose they needed.

I hear you, but I still don’t think they will be as good as you think.

Reason being a lot of the new companies we purchased and the strategic implementations that were put in force, only registered towards the back end of the year.

I don’t think enough time was there for any of their plans to have made much money.

Also if they have been making good money , why the placing for such a relative small amount ?

Dosent seem to add up for me at the moment .

This finiancial year we are in now is the more important.

Let’s see what they give us as a trading statement moving on

personnally I dont think the results will be brilliant. Reason being the end of year was dec 31st. we was still in soft launch until november.

we still had loss making company which we sold.

so im not expecting anything great.

for me the company should have really started kicking in from jan 1st this year.

the only thing that I am looking forward to when the results are announced is an update giving us predictions of this year.

not sure what company they have on their radar what they want to buy but it must be part of the plan and bigger picture.

the purchase of the irish bank and the licence for the sandbox stablecoins.

not much more the company needs apart from hard work to gain tractionj

I`m waiting to see what the next sales figures are.

Until a trading statement is issued with sales to date, I can’t see any upturn
