Why would a BP buy Oxford out ?

It’s got nothing, the PSE test has not been validated !!

Since the start of the year, the SP climbed to 53p at one point and now it’s just below 4p.

At what point has your positive posts or others helped this SP?

I’ve been vocal with Burrows and the way the direction of the company is going.

You would think I am more right than you and others hence the reason why we are sitting at 4p.

On X the number of people viewing oxfords posts are just a handful, look for your self, and they are mainly employees !!

Burrows legacy and mid informing the markets has contributed in the downfall.

thats the problem with the Test, its only Oxford that has tested it. it is Oxford that claims 94%, no one else !.

to get a validation would take 2-3 years and many many people.

Different age groups, different ethnics etc

This is why Burrows did not go down this route as time & cost is against them, so Burrows has chanced it to go down the private sector route.

Burrows employed a specialist salesperson in December, one of his friends from a previous working relationship.

As of March they was only selling 2 tests per day !

Don’t forget it’s only Oxford that claims the test is 94% reliable !!!

With this and the high cost of the test is the reason they can’t sell them IMO.

They can only sell to private companies like Bupa because the NHS can’t except it

Burrows can’t be straight with us because the sales will not be good enough

I’ve said all along, Oxford need money before Xmas

GiveSunshine argues they don’t need a funding round until spring next year.

Either way they need funding, that’s a fact !

At these price levels the number of shares will double .

The value of the company today is £12m

Still way too high !

Burrows stated they wanted 1000 sales per month by Xmas, for me that’s to break even.

I believe they need 1500 per month for the company to be profitable.

We’ve not had any sales info since March I think. I believe because they are not getting close to the figures.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see some board members leaving the ship before it sinks.

Time will tell and if we have another fall tommorrow like today , then we are in big trouble, no funder will touch them

Sales surely are not doing great otherwise we’d know by now.

Wanting £9m is going to double the number of shares on the market with the discount Oxford will be giving.

They still might struggle to get another funding round especially if sales are poor.

So Avacta has a potential pipeline

Do they do a deal with a number of BPs, each using its own warhead. Or do they partner with just one ?

If a buyout is looming how will that work if a partner is already signed up !

Could get messy !

Either way a BP is not buying AVA6000, they are buying the entire pipeline, that’s where the patent is !

So how much is all the combined chemos worth per year to the industry .

What value will be put on Avacta ?

Will it be too much for some ?

Either way the industry has now got to sit up considering all the results this weekend.

Avacta surely has put to bed all negative theories that some may have thought.

CC has been very vocal about being excited this last few weeks, on X and company podcast.

Something is looming, how big is anyone’s guess, but it’s coming.

Avacta will be the standard of care !!
