If you all think business people are successful because they operate on principles.. then I don't know what to tell you.

Maybe the term 'sell-off' was a little strong for what I had in mind. With relatively low liquidity it only takes a few transactions to lower the price by a few pence if moving in the same direction. Which could be significant if you were thinking of buying. I think quite a lot of people try that approach on these boards daily!

For the record, I didn't accuse DE of doing any of this, I just pondered what I might do if I were looking to buy.

But let's be realistic, would any of you lot seriously be thinking about divesting at the moment on a point of principle??

All totally valid points, and fundamentally I don't disagree with DE's view that the company should be more transparent with their shareholders. Particularly on something as potentially significant as a breakout company.

But I just don't buy that you would sell up (however orderly) on the basis of disagreeing on the timing of an RNS, right at the point of one of the biggest potential inflection points in the company history.

If I was a former chair of the company, and was looking to buy.. would I try to encourage a sell off? ??

Not relevant for Scancell. The method is designed to measure VNABs alone. Given the major benefit of immunobody is the generation of T Cells in addition to the VNABs, we would be ignoring our USP.
