The plan was to permanently weaken Russia so they would never again be a threat.

Ukraine was the Proxy, a pawn in this plan. Nobody cared about Ukraine. They are just a tool.

This plan failed and the reverse happened. Russia is now stronger and has retaken its place as a Superpower.

U.S. goals have changed and now Ukraine is no longer important.

So the U.S. is bailing out on Ukraine to focus on China and the Pacific.

The EU wants to keep the U.S. focused on Europe and will do everything they can to keep the U.S. engaged in the war.

The EU and Britain can't do it alone as they are militarily weak and economically in bad shape.
