We've had a new CEO since 14th May, Theo Botoulas. Though he's not registered on the board at Companies House yet, h e should be taking charge now.

It would be good to get an update from him in some form or another, an RNS is overdue.

Accounts were due today at LSE, and on 3rd July they have to contact the FCA to update them on the suspension.

I think AMG see potential in Zinnwald as shown by two significant transactions, but may be frustrated. The first one they paid 10.4p per share for 25%, they've lost 50% of their money so far. That's been smoothed out by the recent transaction. But maybe they think the company is moving too slow. With a gamechanging stake they can influence management decisions and make them more proactive and dynamic. I think it's also a sign, pull your finger out or well take over!

If AMG had gone over 30% it would automatically oblige them to initiate a takeover, they could have done that but it's so close to 40% but not going over I believe they have calculated to be just below so as to have a significant stake, but without going for the throat, I think that's a good sign
