More good news, and the price has dumped (again, the third time) I've got lots of companies invested, maybe 40, Zinnwald is the second only company out of all 40 that when positive news arrives the share price goes down, I thought I was saving, but I've got no idea why, is it fear of success? Any thoughts anyone?

Hi dcode, the link you sent is for one of Neo's directors, James Timothy Chapman Lonley, it's his postal address for the companies he is or was involved in, so it list many companies not just Neo. Yes it looks like a tatty building, but it's not Neo's address it's his. I used google maps and chat gpt to get street views and ask some questions, Neo's official addresses are:

Off State House Rd Nairobi.This is the address listed on Neo's site, It's the main admin office in S,Africa. It's a large office type building, looks like it's in use, is very clean, well kept and modern.

And 27-28 Eastcastle Street, London, W1W 8DH, this is their UK correspondence and LSE listing address, they have to have a registered office in the UK, even if it doesn't function as admin. It's in a well kept building used by several companies in a nice area of London above a Hair Clinic. So even if we are being scammed, it's being done from legitimate posh looking places.

Neversatisfied, me neither, I've been investing for 25 years. I've had juniors, established names, small caps, big tech stocks, insurance, commodities, ETFs, Funds, all sorts, on three different platforms, had bankruptcies, and some great successes', but NEVER had a company unable to sort out it's accounts, in some ways I understand, the things they are doing are complicated and seem forever changing, but they're not even producing yet, I'm a bit worried about when you throw in the figures for production, sales, profit, loss, tax, exchange rates, imports, exports etc.

Share price changes are unpredicable, make no sense, and sometimes you couldn't make it up.

A good RNS and price goes down (I suppose nobody's happy because the future production estimate's a bit low, and no dividend right now)

A price rerate down from 2.50 to 2.40, price goes up (I suppose even though the rerate went down everyone's happy because the new price is still about 50-60p more than the current price)

Positives:

Steady increase since relist and SP has finished end of day at 1.00 bid. Market Cap has increased by 50%. Lots of pointiers in general... comments on here, gold prices, uranium prices, good RNS, World commitment to nuclear, major player SS involved, proven CEO at helm, to name a few.

Negstives:

Awaiting licence, traders making the most of dips and rises for a quick buck for example buy 4,000,000 at 0.89, sell al 0.99 make about 4,000. BUT... what happens when it stops going down, because once you've sold you're out, still not in production, not much else that I can think of!

I found it, the info is available on Investing.com. The average daily volumes for December 2024 and January 2025 prior to suspension was 26 million per day, about the same as now.

Does anyone remember what the volumes were like before the suspension. Currently it seems to be between 10 and 25 million a day. Not thinking about sells/buys, just a total.

Hi Just fencing, if you use AI don't go by the Google summary. If you use that and click some of the links at the end of each paragraph you can see it easily gets confused, picks up all sorts of irrelevant stuff that seems similar to what you want and tries to stich them together. If you must use AI use a dedicated app like Chatgpt, this isn't perfect but much better, and you can challenge it on its own answers. Jundee, I didnt know the two exchanges worked differently, and yes the way the LSE works is out of touch now, but I sort of like the weirdness of it.

Hi Jundee, it doesn't work how you think. All UK company trades pass through the London Stock Exchange. NONE are specified as a buy or a sell, just a trade, only the trade price is soecified. London South East (or any outsider) that wants an idea if a trade is a buy or a sell has an algorithm. It just compares the bid to the ask, the share price is usually just the mid point. The bid is the least you get if you sell, the ask is the most you pay if you buy. The only people who know if its a buy or sell are the individiual Market Makers and the individual traders. If NEO's shares are 80 bid, 90 mid, 100 ask, and a trade goes through at 81 its probably a sell, if it's 99 it's probably a buy, but the closer it gets to the mid price how do we know? A rough way is to compare to the previous trades, were they ESTIMATED as buys or sells? If there's a doubt it's an unknown.

We all know the price that was set, but no one knows if it's a buy ot a sell. You shoukd only use the estimated buy/sell tag as a rough guide. If you would like to change that you would need to send letters to the LSE and nicely ask them to.

I think we all hoped that it would touch 1.20-1.50 or more, but stocks don't do what we want them to do. But if you do a bit of research and select the right stuff, generally and eventually thing should go well.

At this time of year, Xmas and New Year, it's a time of hope for the future and reflection of the past, and appreciating what we have that's good.

Reflecting on Neo and thinking about its future remember, from the first day back trading, only two days ago, the price is up about 50% up. I any other situation any one who trades or invests would be rubbing their hands together at that success.

Anyone LTH know the risks and the energy that is Neo, and I think we will be well rewarded (though its never guaranteed) and those that have just bought in have come just at the right time, and I wish them all the best.

We're going into Xmas and the new year with new hope and there's a good chance that some of us will become rich. As the price rises the rest will be left behind.
