We LTHs all , I guess, have followers who may be looking at us querying the soundness of such opinion as we may have expressed to them. Just by way of comment-solely my opinion- I have e-mailed them as follows:-
Good morning all.
I have been quiet recently but receiving a couple of queries as to where is this all going , I feel it is perhaps useful if I summarise for you the news for which we are all waiting.
Firstly there is the Vanchem takeover which should be completed as early as 31st July if regulatory obstacles are surmounted -which given the South African government’s support for mining is in my opinion likely to occur quickly.
Second the price of Vanadium seems to have settled at about $37 per Kilo against our company’s costs of $19 per kilo, so money is continuing to be made and it is widely expected that the current Vanadium price will rise as Chinese rebar regulations are enforced
Thirdly one should respect the re-rate of the expected share price made by SP Angel the mining specialist stockbrokers . They say 90p. Yes 90p! This viewed by some as conservative.
Fourthly there is the rapidly growing awareness of the need to store green generated power-I attach a note by one of the close followers of the share, Rich Ken which summarises the up-coming demand for Vanadium for redox flow batteries
Fifthly-and I could go on but will not after this- a scheme for the leasing of Vanadium electrolyte is now in play in USA and doubtless will be a forerunner of world wide arrangements making VRFBs more affordable , especially in circumstances where Lithium batteries are being reported more and more as flammable and therefore unsafe .
So, I bought more last week and would buy more if I had spare cash.
Simply because we are currently quiet do not rush to sell. Remember Buffet’s saying that the stock market is a mechanism for the transfer of wealth from the impatient to long term patient investors.
