I'd love to spend more time with you explaining the idea of responsibility for the certain functions & results within the business when you are holding the position of the CEO but I do feel that we are going nowhere. Not really. I blame BOD led by Fraser for the whole period of time under his management including miscalculations due to poor understanding of the local geology resulting in initial tunnel cost increase by $400m to $ $600m in 2018, making a decision to appoint JPM on the "on the best effort basis" reslulting in JPM's withdrawal from the process and failing to deliver crucial ST2 funding resulting in a catastrophic drop in the SP and failing to take the responsibility for the failure to protect and manage shareholders' best interests in the company and maintain shareholders value to date which is more than evident when looking at the current price of 3.6p, months of uncertainty re****ing in the further market manipulation further weakening the share price and effectively putting company on the verge of bankruptcy. I don't even mention his recent bizzare media appearances further discrediting and weakening the strength of company's management or foolish mentioning of "going private" that only added to the record high uncertainty. We shall certainly have to disagree.

Before I managed to react to majority of damage was already done. I also refused to to take a huge hit wiping out majority of my investment and stated that on multiple of occasions: I'd rather take a bet and perhaps lose it all that take a guaranteed hit. This is my personal investment decision I took after the damage was already done. It doesn't however change in any way the fundamental fact that BOD and CF were responsible and failed to protect and manage shareholders' best interests in the company and maintain shareholders value to date which you to this day fail to recognize despite the SP being at the record low and no certainty about the future of the company as at today.

No it's not. Chronology my friend, chronology. At the beginning I had a trust in BOD led by CF like most of us here based on the researched facts, indications and plans presented to us by the management of the company. Then there was a complete failure to deliver and the catastrophic drop in the valuation of the company. This formed the conclusion about CF's and the BOD's responsibility and failure to protect and manage shareholders' best interests in the company and maintain shareholders value to date which you to this day fail to recognize despite the SP being at the record low and no certainty about the future of the company as at today. Past investment decisions? Unfortunately we've all learned the hard way. Has the BOD led by Chris Fraser failed to protect and manage shareholders' best interests in the company and maintain shareholders value to date? Yes, they have. Would I invest today in another company led by Chris Fraser knowing what I know? No.

It still amazes me to this day when you and your likes don't see a problem with the fundamental issue like CEO's failure to protect and manage shareholders' best interests in the company and maintain shareholders value and confuse it with personal investment decision of an average investor. My (or anyone else's) reaction to the catastrophic drop in the valuation of the company has nothing to do with your fundamental failure to recognize the CF's and the BOD's responsibility and failure to protect and manage shareholders' best interests in the company and maintain shareholders value to date. If he manages to pull off an amazing deal he will get the credit. For now we are at 3.6p and facing introduction of the new equity.

When you think of those who have defrauded, plundered, robbed and manipulated company accounts / assets for their own personal gain and to put someone who has set up charitable organisations to benefit the local communities such as Fraser has through Sirius is a bloody disgrace.
