Cheers guys - here is my Newmarket card 210 SHABEEB (longer trip might suit) 240 MEDICI BANCHIERE (100% place record) 315 ELITE ARMY (lightly raced) 345 GUNMETAL (won last 2 races) 420 TEXAS KATIE (tipped a few places) 455 TROPICAL ROCK 525 ATLANTIC SUN (83% place record) 605 SOLEDI LEAU (favourite for race) All e/w as some good quality horses in all races today so difficult choices - might have to pick 2-3 per race lol gl

First race at Market Rasin - my old favourite NEAREST THE PIN 5/1 decent e/w chance imo gl

NASS 230 Red Sabor - odds have dropped from 20/1 to 15/2 so significant market movement. Re betting strategies - none are 100% perfect otherwise we would all be millionaires. I guess the best option is to listen to one another and over time create your own strategy based on elements from other sources GLA

My Sandown selection are 200 SIR RODERIC loves soft ground 245 LOG OUT ISLAND won so impressively recently and drop to 5f will suit 345 HAWKBILL won last five races and ground will suit. At Haydock 250 DESERT ENCOUNTER ground will suit and good comments of C4 Racing. Good luck all today!

emblaze1, British Embassy went close at Redcar last time so good chance with just seven horses in race. Understand your point because most newspaper tips do not give background info on reason(s) for tips - except sometimes on the big races. I tend to look at recent stats like win/place ratios for my tips but might try to add more info for reasons in future. GL today

Thanks for tip - not been too well so not really focusing on horse racing too much at the moment. Harry - a couple of seconds - apparently one of your tips was 15 lengths ahead and got caught on the line? GLA

Philipkeets - good idea - if Kingly wins I will get back £36 from a 10p e/w L15 after putting all Harrys tips into one L15 - up whatever but will consider doing doubles/trebles more often in future GL!

BTW done small e/w on FAS SCAT at WOR 520 - shame there's no night time racing on a Sunday but some decent football to look forward to later gl
