Shame you are not able to see the difference between a tongue in cheek Joke and a serious comment - of course they will not take over another company - the best option will be to be taken over at a premium to the share price (am I Joking again?) Let's accept it's just possible these guys are right... that we are about to get another contract... that the p&d guys will reappear... fine... However, with all the extra shares about to come in to issue - the upside potential is becoming less and less. -0.35p will probably equal 0.6p market value wise with the extra share issue shortly... maybe Fitbug will use the £ 1 million to make an acquisition? (quick - Ctag might be a target lol)... For the LTHs the only option left now is to trade on the swings and try to make some money this way GL must be early over there?

How is this inside information? It's link to their website and a page within their website - anyone could access thisi if they wanted to... links are posted on LSE all the time. If it was an internal contract not in the public domain or accessible then you are right. The truth with AIM is that parts of fund raisings are used to fund salaries - perhaps there s/b restrictions applied by the market that a fixed percentage has to be used for development and a limit on how much can be used for salaries etc

Advance123 - you only beware of derampers at certain times - depends of share price. There were right at .7p after a 400% rise - maybe not so right on Thursday at 0.18p. Truth is DYOR and sadly you never stick with any one share long enough to get to know more about why you buy in/out GLA this week!

It's not only here - twitter is full of blogs encouraging others to buy - usually without supplying much research. Some posters on LSE have blogs and strange that these blogs do not usually have sell recommendations! Have a good trip and hopefully you will be able to get some sleep soon...

Just to be clear - I tend to not invest in sectors I have issues with - getting fit is something I believe in hence investing here. Just fed up of new trolls appearing - usually after the share falls back - giving it large. How clever - any one can post of a share that has re-traced and come over as being clever - harder to be on the share before the 300% rise though isn't it? :-))

Do you support any British company on AM or small cap market? I might not be completely happy here atm to say the least but get angry when non holders start saying my company is BS! Disgraceful words... the methods used to raise money might be poor - but small cap companies are unable to get low interest loans in the current environment and I support the sector this company is developing in. As for the large purchase - you cannot be sure this is an individual - it may be a large financial company prepared to wait for the company to growth - and they tend to have more knowledge and Judgement than most of us here... as I said before - if you don't want to invest in shares that have the potential to go up 300% in one day - fine - but stop trashing the choices of us who are prepared to take the higher risk approach

Agree pretty angry about this but still great share to trade. When will companies realise dilutions limit future sp upside - do they care? Everyone should read comments from all sides as one tool in making their investment decisions. Also every one will have a different view to risk gl

I am just angry today at this - the company did give a warning last week that further funding might be needed - just did not expect it to happen so soon or to be told after the event. I repeat the reason I still invest in these type of shares is that one decent RNS and they can multi - bag. You know I have done well with a couple already this year and the trick is not to get sentimental or attached (like you are with MIN) to any share but to TRADE it. Final point - doesn't always matter whether the share is AIM - small cap - or one of the biggest on the stock market - look what has happen to BT !!!!!

Do you know what - I am starting to wonder if it's best to avoid all AIM or small cap shares that have a risk of dilution and require future funding... the trouble though is that probably well over half appear to have no option but to issue shares - loan notes - or use a company like Bergen/Darwin to raise funds to grow... also does not help if the company continues to be loss making for the foreseeable future. I guess that the days of going to the bank for a loan are long gone but when will companies realise that dilution limits future upside - do they CARE?

OK - I guess LTHs are treated like dirt on AIM ... so who acquired these discounted shares? Directors? S/b some holding RNSs later this week... maybe a party might be building up a stake via the placing for a possible takeover? Here's hoping..

Can't blame anyone for getting more sub 60p - I added a small number myself and good to see partial share price recovery - although it is difficult to put a fair value on this company... it is definitely a good trading share

It was obvious to me that this would probably be a 2-3 day wonder - it happens all the time. So many posters are not in it for the long term - they are in it to ramp - to cause a spike - and to sell out with an quick profit. Look at their posting history - some probably post on 50 shares per month - staying loyal to a share is an alien word to them. In! Out! Profits what it's about!

Maybe from the 26th May RNS? "Of the £24 million financing, £11 million will be received shortly following signing. The second tranche of £13 million will be available for drawdown on completion of a £25 million cash or capital injection to fund the development of a manufacturing base. Should these milestones not be achieved by the end of March 2017, the initial £11 million tranche will become repayable by September 2017. " Anyway share price looks likely to fall today - question to ask is why the cancellation?
