good luck with the report if you proceed - Directors would not give two hoots as they will just take what they can get, bonuses, salary, pension pot etc - and just waltz into their next job as if nothing happened. The ordinary shareholders that funded their luxury lifestyles over the years would see their investments in VAL become worthless.
