Its in the hands of the administrators now who will determine what shareholders are to receive. It means YOUR shares that you paid for in full have been cancelled. Each stock issues shares at a nominal value usually 0.01. The next and final event in BHR is to await confirmation from the administrators that even though there were $55M net assets from the interim report in Sep 2014 - shareholders receive 0p.

BHR management (if you can call them that) would be grateful for any spare cash to fund their next adventure.

That was what the price would have been after the conversion so disregard any BHR share price. The shares have been suspended and are now with the hands of the Administrators. They will issue a decision shortly what shareholders are to receive expected to be less than 0p.
