They did manage to get an 'insolvency practitioner' arranged on 17 December but no one knows the name of this guy or firm. I can only conclude its one of his mates - maybe even a hairdresser

Best to assume administration and unfortunately nothing in return for existing shareholders. Anything else would be a bonus.

knowing that the dilution has been cancelled and alternative plan is needed is a good start. It was around 0.1p before dilution talk and much higher just a few weeks ago. So x10 is definitely possible as a starter.

Allow the suffering investors try and get something back. Getting share price up x10 to 0.1p possible. Everyone should bombard the company with calls asking to resume trading immediately even if temporary for next 4 weeks or so.

I still have my BHR shares in my TD portfolio been there all day. Check again yourself. I do notice the symbol to trade BHR has been removed from TD and this may be why the system is deleting BHR stocks from portfolios

Management will be fuming not getting their way, hehe, they will probably not allow trading to resume to help long suffering shareholders get something back even if peanuts. I am sure we could get this share price back up x10 for starters
