The Board has reluctantly concluded, after consulting with the cornerstone investors and debt providers who have supported the business to date, that an underwritten fundraising at a level likely to provide the requisite capital and satisfy the Company's primary regulator for its authorised business is not commercially viable. Accordingly the Company's financial position is now unclear. The Board will make a further announcement as soon as practicable.

Phil Dixon has resigned his position as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director Designate to take up another post. Mr Dixon will leave the Company and has resigned as a Director with immediate effect. David Barrow, a director of Hume, will continue to act as the Company's Finance Director.

Sorry to say sadly theres no positive outcome for ordinary shareholders on any table. Anything positive will certainly let you know :( Already written my loss off on AMI - expecting zero return to be confirmed anything else would be a bonus.
