Anybody selling now will be kicking themselves in the coming months/years, this is just the start of the journey here and much mucher gains are still to be had in the future once the second well is open and the side track complete.

Can't argue with that. I do believe you are correct about investors getting at at the next spike though, the company alluded to a share raise in the final results but I do believe they will release some positive news before that happens that will increase the share price which I'm hoping will be an update on the WHR system, I have taken a small stake here for that reason but won't be around for long afterwards.

Pentwater are not a long term investor, according to the TR1 thier transaction is a CFD (contract for differences), its almost the opposite to a short position where they are backing the company's share price to increase, the difference between the price they took out the CFD is either thier profir or loss depending on which way the share price moves.
It is still a positive move as they are betting on the company being a success.

Personally I appreciate the updates they have posted on twitter to keep share holders updated with progress. The updates posted I would not class as price sensitive information so would not warrent an RNS in my opinion so keep up the good work Angus we are very close indeed.

There is certainly no reassuring statment as in the previous 2 RNS, do they now know something other that effect teh prevous guidance?

It just means there are bigger sells coming through than buys, is it PI's taking profit or Jupitor cashing in on the higher price?

HeresHoping, it does appear they were buying around the 10p mark (above and below), like you and otheres I was hoping to see a TR1 for dates at the higher price if they were looking at a takeover, on the brite side it alway helps to have a strategic partner and the target customer is that of the same as Boohoo. I have a core holding of 60000 shares and anther 50% value I will use to trade for now during this volitile period to increase, Boohoo are in this for the long run, this is not a quick trade for them so they see the potential here that many PI's looking for short term gains are not looking at.

IMO the next catalyst (either way) will be the contents of the final results and extent of the issues raised by the auditors. If you check the TR1's and look at the dates that Boohoo where buying the price was below 10p which was an absolut gift for them. This is looking like an exellent trading share with the volitility we are seeing if you can time your trades well.

Going from the last TR1 that Jupiter released on Friday the 12th, Jupiter have not sold over 1% of shares since last Thursday the 11th
The TR1 deadline is as soon as possible or by the end of the next trading day at the latest so unless they sold another 1% yesterday (which is possible due to the rise in the SP) than it appears they have stopped selling.
We xould see TR1 tonight if they did capitalise on the increased share price yesterday?

(1) Notwithstanding DTR 5.6.1 R, if a relevant increase or decrease in the total number of voting rights of the kind described in (2) occurs, an issuer must disclose to the public the information in DTR 5.6.1R (1) and (2) as soon as possible and in any event no later than the end of the business day following the day on which the increase or decrease occurs.

Correct, I didn't see that at the time, should read more thoroughly, Pentwater are still confident of the price going higher eitherway.

Also to note Pentwater Capital Management LP are an American hedge fund so could be accumlating in the background and would not disclose until they have breacehed 10%, currently 5.98 as per TR1 so could take another 4.02 without a TR1.

Yes, as Boohoo are UK listed if they bought another 1% or more yestaerday (which we all hope they have been at the higher SP) then the would have to notify the market by the end of today, could be aftger trading hours and that is if they have been buying further?

Once they have exceded 3% they have to notify the market every 1% there after as soon as posible and no later than the follow business day, this is fo UK listed companys, non UK companies, it is every 5%.

Some peole have 0 patience, if you can hold until January or even through December this will be Revolutions biggest months for sales and profit during the Christmas months and sales period, not just for Christmas gifts, people will be going out and all the women will be caked up to the eyeballs in make up, see the bigger picture.
