Sounds feasible to me, Paul Gozzard did say in his comment "despite having funding in place", so has the funding gone, is it still there, does appear they have or had backing?

This has to be one of the lowest market caps I have seen, not even cash shells (which this is now) are priced this low.

There is something very fishy about this, 2x 11kv gas peaking facilities, both ready to build with full planning permission, funding in place to construct, yet they are sold/disposed of, why? Something does not add up.

Really sorry for your loss sienna and all othe long term holders, I hope you never put too much into this, for me it was a complete gamble and I was entirely prepared to lose it.
I'm not sure where they go from here as they 'repurpose the business' as they will have very little cash to make any meaningful purchase/acquisition. The only saving grace could be an RTO now theyare pretty much a cash shell but you never know?

Exactly HeresHoping, and the fact the revolving credit facility was only entered into on the 26/07/22 then the due diligence/credit checks are recent and in our case conducted by both HSBC and Natwest, if those two behemoth's are happy lending £30m then I'm happy with my £5k investment at a 9.1p average, happy days.

When you enter into an agreement for a £30m revolving credit facility the lender knows your financial situation to the far end of a fart, the drop has been way overdone.

Just taken a position myself, my thoughts are that this could be a great opportunity at this price,and whilst the company stated "Whilst the Group continues to expect that Black Friday will prove to be a peak trading period, it now believes it is prudent to reduce its expectations for contribution from this period due to the worsening economic outlook and increasing cost of living pressures on the UK consumer" in the RNS, the "increasing cost of living pressure" could play into the hands of companys like Music Magpie as consumers are looking for bargain prices, especially with Christmas coming up, time will tell and at this price well worth a punt.

Best to come back in several months and see what the audited results reveal, everything else is just speculation.
