I wonder if we would still have shareholders defending the management if we are still on the bb's in 9 years time. By then Vanadium will probably be $100k and Kabwe will be worth $5billion on paper and despite JLP still delaying their decision on JV 9 years on we'd still be getting browbeaten about how we just need to be patient and that we are too negative.

It’s all just presumptions, guess work and paranoia at the moment. Not sure how anyone can be certain one way or another of what’s going to happen but the eerie silence and the actions of JLP don’t fill me with confidence. I would prefer we get relisted because if we delist is there any way we can even have the slightest idea what is happening? We are struggling as is.

Borrelli has been in charge coming up to 4 years and he has spent nearly a year of that with us in suspension.

I note Peterhouse Corporate Finance are involved with a lot of Borrelli’s businesses.

BSKA, BWA and BMR all have them listed in previous RNS.

It's an incredibly hot take to say delisting shouldn't be seen as a disaster. I'm not sure how it can be seen any other way personally, there is no guarantee the co. would ever return to market, we have very little to no control over what happens genrally but at least being listed you can decide whether to buy/hold/sell. If this delists and goes private there is nothing stopping the co. going bust or even a profit distribution plan that sees any/all profits going to management, or even worse.

So the 03.08.18 will be the month from WH Ireland leaving which may mean we are delisted automatically, conveniently. Could really do with clarifying whether or not the Corporate Action Notice is the definitive date for delisting or does the lack of NOMAD trump the 07.08.18 deadline.

Does the Corporate Action notice confirm that there is now a fixed date for delisting (should it come to that) - 07.08.2018? Should we ignore the month from NOMAD resignation on 02.07.18? Or should we expect a NOMAD announcement prior to this update '03.07.18' ?

sidebar, Peterhouse don't appear to be on the list of approved NOMADs. Your other points I take, however will a NOMAD turn down some easy money I wonder? And if it is Peterhouse they've plunged a lot of their clients capital into BMR so I would see them taking some paid work rather than being left completely out of pocket should we delist.

You seem to have no problems whatsoever putting holes in England's best WC result since 1990.

However when it comes to the obvious shortcomings of BMR and the management, not so much.

I wasn't bowled over but it was great to see the nation getting behind England and for once showing a real interest. I hadn't really bothered with England for sometime as I really didn't feel anything towards the FA manager picks up to 1996, el Tel my personal favourite. I would've liked to have seen Allardyce get a full crack of the whip as well.

Sterling is great when surrounded by world class players because he can be a handful, hence why Guardiola utilises Sterling regularly in a squad of world class player. If he could improve his goals to shot ratio he would be quite the force. I don't think he should be deployed as a make shift striker. Our back 4 had a better tournament than I had envisaged and it was a welcome surprise to see a safe pair of hands in goal for once. I think we got further than anyone expected and whether by luck or skill history will still record we progressed to the last 4, an achievement other nations would like to have a record of doing.

Whether we win or not against Belgium this Saturday isn't really worth worrying about and it's a part of the tournament I would rather they ditched.

Not long until we find out one way or another. I think when JLP allowed us to break lock in conditions any JV terms would've now changed, considering they're still stalling and moving their decision back another month I'm expecting another sting for shareholders here but will just be happy if we can relist.

MM I'm not a huge fan of BMR and I'm sat between 90-100% down (tbd) so I can take any criticisms and not get to hot and bothered unless what is said is provably false.

I'd probably take some kind of share offer if it meant at least saving some of my investment. AB has pretty much played everyone, if we don't relist it's just another failed company to add to his list.

You never made clear your reasons why you thought that?

I think you've read same RNS we have? Beginning of August if we've not got a NOMAD and if we get a NOMAD but don't resist in time we're gone on the 7th August (delisted).

Hope springs eternal that Captain Borrelli will be able to continue to steer the titanic safely for another few months until our next problem at least. If not then all is lost I reckon come 7/8/18 latest.

Definitely up there but it's a close run thing. Please find his post where he says he asked his wife to bring his laptop into the shower because he needed to read a reply from a resident troll on here. You may have to re-evaluate.
