Thanks for that update Richi1414. Had wondered about IG but wasn't going to bother until they called.
Who is your ISA with? I'm with HSBC.
2 of Borrelli's NEX companies... note Black Sea Property Plc. was delisted from AIM and then relisted on NEX.
The SP performances in that time are woeful to say the least.

'number of options' it's always what you're not being told that tends to happen where Borrelli and BMR are concerned.

Sidebar - the longer it went on the more I knew in myself that delisting was going to happen. I read what others told me not just here but elsewhere and always thought to myself 'well he would say that wouldn't he' about everything relayed. Borrelli couldn't just come out and say what he had planned. He started making negative noises yesterday conveniently when it was too late.
Barno - in this game I really wouldn't be surprised by any outcome.
There never any investors let alone '3'
There has been no NOMAD checking out the site etc....
Up until yesterday Borrelli was espousing full confidence in the NOMAD being on board in time and then yesterday all of a sudden it wasn't going to happen - how convenient .
All the above has happened to calm what would have become a baying mob of angry investors who want answers, various people who've relayed what they've been told have all been used to calm everyone's nerves.
Yes it is a shiny hat I'm wearing and maybe it is made of tin foil but everything is to convenient and doesn't add up.

Same here bjlabuk.
I think new leadership will be welcomed. I know most of us have had changes in our lives since its original inception so others could be the injection we need to start taking action.
Need to get the site active again though.
The site manager has email addresses for over 300 shareholders so I shall ask him to send out an email to get those people to reconfirm if they are still shareholders.
We did previously arrange mailshot and tried to contact all shareholders with a holding over a certain level, this caused uproar at the time but was perfectly legal.
BringMyReward et al. On the site we do have a section where those who wish to take the lead can do so, obviously some people just haven't the time nor inclination so someone has to take the lead.
No problem. Everyone just needs to appreciate the site manager has a full time job so a little bit of patience so he can get everything up and running.
I've let the site manager know and he will be looking at incoming emails today.
Can't paste an actual link as it appears to be a banned term the best I can do is

Take out all the spaces.
Looks like it.
I think BringMyReward said he once asked Alex if we would concede anymore % and Borrelli said that above a certain % it would be classed as a 'disposal' no such problem if we are delisted.
I can find out what % we had. At one point 'unverified' we had 20% of shareholders on the pre Alzheimer's Alikhani suspension shares in issue.
We then did a full check across shareholders and asked them to verify their holdings, the 20% came down but we still had above 10%, I'll find exact figure.
The group and site was set up by a former poster called 'Laffer'. If people go through the sign up process and start to get involved I think he may be tempted to reignite the site. There have been posts on the site in last couple of months so although it hasn't had a full update it is active. Anyone who wants to take a leading role should put themselves forward because as with anything we need people willing to act in shareholders interests to take the lead also.
The google group you mention was set up because it was quicker for messaging, I think the b m r w a t c h site is better and more expansive.
Those '3 investors' will be taking their money over to JLP and trying to get a piece through them I reckon.
I doubt there has ever been a NOMAD at all, more often than not whena NOMAD leaves of their own accord it signals the end of a company.
The likes of MikeSurt and paddwah26 seem to have been on the money. Painfully so. Not that anyone could have done a thing as we were already trapped.
I refused to call Borrelli because I can't stand being lied to. Some people have a seemingly good rapport with him but he isn't going to embellish inside information and he is never going to say it's not going well until he really has to.
Borrelli has been rearranging the deckchairs on the titanic whilst telling all of us that we never hit the iceberg so 'why are we worried?'

So the original terms were...
£300,000 15% in Kabwe Operations Limited
Next £1m + 15% = 30% of prefered shares in Kabwe Operations Limited
Next £1m + 10% = 40% of preffered shares in KOL.
Once that first £1m is spent JLP own all rights over EPL. EPL own all the rights of the tailings and the site.
By the sound of the JLP RNS the terms are about to get even worse for us.
