Others elsewhere have confirmed a lot of what Bring has been saying, I do think the blame lays solely at Borrelli feet and he has someone else excellently put it to me acts in a way that gives himself total deniability should the difficult questions get asked. I do treat everything I hear with skepticism and can see what you might think along the lines you are.

Colin Bird will have been instrumental in the delisting of BMR also.

Did Borrelli really email you saying NOMAD deadline was 7th August? If so, how useless can one person be FFS.

It's nothing to do with optimism and everything to do with understanding how long a month is.

Bryn, the thought has crossed my mind more than once. The length and trouble we've gone through to get ESIA approvals twice to only then try and backtrack or change details reeks of dragging out the charade enriching advisors and the board while shareholders are blinded by being told its worth the wait because it's going to be 'bigger and better'

Charttopper, hard to be sure but the month without a NOMAD is up tomorrow the 2nd August. BringMyReward says he was told an update on 3rd August which appears to me to take us over a month but not actually 100% certain. That update of course could go either way.

The level of incompetence shareholders have endured is unbelievable. +$2 billion of in situ Zinc, Lead and V and after all this time absolutely nothing produced except a plethora of excuses and delays.

Farcical.

Not long to wait now. I have no idea what is going to happen and I'm not going to speculate in the interim. Hoping for the best whilst being more than prepared to be disappointed.

It's gut wrenching when I look at the 'paper losses'. I know I'm not alone some are much, much worse than me others not so bad but I'm sure all is just as painful relative to our own personal positions. Would be a result for all concerned if we relist just hope people start to scrutinise the boards decisions and stop making excuses for what has been a very poor performance from the management. Total focus on Kabwe only is the only way forward in my opinion, no more distractions - that is, if we do relist.

Whatever the next full update is it's going to be big impact one way or another - I can't see how we can just metaphorically kick the can down the road again after all this time. He didn't take this long to relist us following his Alikhani investigation and he even had to take him to court and obtain a settlement in that time.

The actions of JLP just make it even harder to try and make sense of what is happening.

Yeah I know and I'm not trying to steel BringMyReward thunder just wanted to hear first hand information. At a minimum we need to have a positive update on installing a NOMAD otherwise we are struck off.

I do wonder whether shareholders will be looked after. Delisting might be part of the plan?

Leaving everything to the last minute reeks of a potential strong arm tactic coming up whereby we'll be told what we are doing with no choice in the matter.

I genuinely just called up to get clarification on the delisting dates only. I daren't ask any more questions as I'm finished with being lied to.

I agree the plan could be good for him and the board. He didn't say shareholders and in hindsight I should've prodded him on this with an industrial use cattle prod. Oh well.

Yeah, frustrated is an understatement. Just get on with getting Kabwe producing, everything else is a sideshow and the market just isn't interested.

We could've been so much further along if we had just concentrated solely on Kabwe. Isn't +$2 billion of in situ metals enough to keep someone serious occupied without being tempted by other projects. If I didn't know better I'd think all the money that's been wasted at shareholders expense has been intentional to drag us to this desperate point.

Evening, had a very brief conversation with Borrelli today. I had tried the office several times and then unprompted the receptionist (I think) told me to try his mobile no. which she passed on to me.

I just asked Borrelli 'When are BMR due to delist exactly?' A very brief pause before AB explained the dates we have seen are just deadlines. I asked him to confirm that failure to obtain a NOMAD within the month supersedes the 07.08.18 corporate action date and he confirmed that if BMR failed to get a NOMAD we would indeed be struck off before 07.08.18. I just wanted to hear it from the horses mouth - knew it was the case.

He then went onto say he and the board were very confident in their plan. I didn't ask for further detail (wouldn't expect him to embellish anything) and I just said I look forward to the RNS hopefully in good time before we are forced to delist.

There ended my phone call.

So we need to hear something next week one way or another.
