Current trading and outlook

Update on CFO appointment

We announced in October 2025 that Stephen Lamb had been appointed to become Chief

Financial Officer and a Director of the Company in Q1 2026 and can now confirm that his

appointment will take effect on 2 March 2026.

Ex-Div is today and everyone will be recorded tomorrow. You need to own the share before 8am this morning to be entitled to today dividend. Hope that helps. GLA

Problem here is FCF. They're burning through it so fast in this model that it's not being replenish fast enough. The only way to get out is find another KRT. Eventhough the rest of the pipeline is progressing nicely, none of them are near buyout level yet so that mean more cash needed which they might not have enough in this current economic climate imo

Nice RNS. If we get the approval then I can see someone will start to look at MM as a good bolt on acquisition and that will definitely boost CRS. Pretty much the only piece of the puzzle left.
