We said it was a good buy @200.I bought @180 this morning & will buy more if HOME falls more as most co's are not doing well so a rise to £2.50 looks likely as things improve.I think 14.7p annual divi will be maintained.Good Luck.

Is worthless to shareholders as only after SCHE had folded would gov step in because they have to find places for gov funded elderly & their not so generous offer to take on the people who pay their own way is a no brainer.
