Hi To be fair the SCHE model was to build care homes then sell them @ a profit and then lease them back but the credit crunch put paid to that idea.Good Luck. I think SCHE could turn out to be a really good buy at this SP if they can get the landlords to play ball & get the NHS to give them some profitable work IE older patients blocking beds & people needing to stay in hospital after operations

Before the credit crunch(oct 07) SCHE stood @ £6 each.

Hi m8 yes still here.Looks like we are bumping along the bottom but i think this will go back to 10p plus(I hope you did not lose money when i told you about this one.It went up after i mentioned it so i hope you where in & out @ a profit . As i had sold these 1.5 years ago for 114.5p I thought they would have bounced up to near that level again so i have been holding a long time(months).Good Luck.
