After buying 130m cwc shares back cwc will have spent £52m so that is money they can't give back to shareholders but they wll not be counted so EPS is more.I hope cwc does not buyback just to increase EPS so that directors can qualify for bigger bonus payments.Good Luck.

I quite agree with you.I held 20,000 RCG then they were going to delist from the uk so i sold,Then delist was voted down.Then yet another rights issue to selected shareholders only So RCG pays no dividend & keeps watering down shareholders holdings & in the end it looks very much like shareholders will be diluted down to next to nothing.I am glad i got out @22p even though i think the products of RCG are really good & i would like to have bought again.I think we are only here for RCG to be squeezed for cash til the pips squeek.Good Luck to all who stay.

You are right,no news expected & that & the fact that trading is down has got the SP down to this level.As nearly all retailers are down the drop is expected & SP may go down as far as 1.40 but when divi date is near or market picks up the SP will i think go to 2.50+ so anything under 2.0 is a buy & under 1.65 a very good buy in MO.Good Luck.

Thanks for the posting.I was waiting to buy @about 165p but i am not in a rush,After all no more dividends on new buys until next year so i can afford to wait as you say for nearer 150p & if SP goes up instead then i gain from those i already hold.Good Luck
