What cause the drop on the 28th?

Im confused. Currently they're around 7p? So why pay 15p for the right issue?

Been following the trend for a few days. It doesnt seen to go any lower than 80p, but it can't get past 87p. Just wondering if theres a big order being filled around this range..

Am i right in thinking if shorters increase their short position and flood the market with hammerson shares the price will go down, because there will be more shares then demand? If so, why dont they just keep increasing it until it drops back down to 50p again. Is that how it works?

Hammerson are making steps to change and adapting to the ever evolving consumer needs. They're focusing more on F&B rentals and consumer experience, as these people cannot get online. Also they're shifting into other areas and not just pure retail.

Personally, i think the high street and retail parks will suffer the most. As for Flagship locations there will always be a need. Where else will people go out to eat and social.

what are people views on vcp compare to sty? both have low amount of shares (sty have even less) and similar revenue? i see vcp had an amazing rise over the last yr and wandering if we will get to a similar price.

they have sold off alot of their prime assets to focus on wembley and wembley's development will take time. Hence i think investors might be moving their investment elsewhere for the time being. I have sold off my last batch, but will keep my eye on here.

Have they sold out? Quintain website have taken them off their major shareholder list. But didnt they recently just brought in?
