are willing to refinance their debt in this economical climate, mouchel must have proposed something positive to them, and i think and hope are the number of bidders they're negotiating with :) just topped up another £5k today, definitely a buy IMO.

Are these contract wins are for internal views only, and are illegal to publicise? If not then mchl is make no effort at all to increase the attention, appeal or positivity of the company at all. Another reason I think mchl are not preparing for a rights issue.

totally agree! If rights issue is really the route they are going to take then certainly they would have done this few months ago when the sp was much higher. Why wait all this time for the sp to reach rock bottom?
