This selling is logical .. longest date for closing of this transaction is Okt24 (some people are not willing to wait) ...worst case the current offer will not be closed (news release said its the last offer ..no further raise) ... in the event the votes failes a lot of shares will hit the market and the SP should fall back to 11-12 pence .. thats the reason for the discount...

Yes.. but they solt the bralilian Asset for 60 million USD and cashflow is coming in now for the second mine ... the debt will go very fast and the marketcap is extremely low ... yes, higher risk but a chance for big profits...

I will take the money and invest in Cerrado Gold ..marketcap 20 million$ ... 70000 oz production this year at 1200$ AISC ..debt down via the sale oa project .. and they own a worldclass project in pre-production/financing phase ... there are enough other ceap producers out there

Because the stock is up 50%+++ since last low and there are enough other opportunities out there ... and the AISC at New Liuka mine are on the rise every year ... i bought Shanta because WK and there is an high permitting risk ...
