I will sit back an relax .. i would take shares of Metals Exploration because they payed down debt and produced about 20 million$ free cashflow in Q3 24 .. this company is able realize the value of La India ...

Nonsense ... the combined value of both companies is 150 million pound .. nobody will pay 200% premium on last fridays SP ... this is only possible in th event of an takeover-battle

I think the same.. Calibre will make an offer..but later ... they want La India to fill thier mills

Calibre will watch the situation closely ..they are not in hurry to make a bid now ... they need to finalize the construction of their Valentine -Mine with their current cash-position ... they could try longer the takeover-process and make the final and highest bid later in 2025 after successful ramp-up of Valentine... in the meantime they will produce more cash with their other operations..Q4 and Q1 will be good for Calibre...

..they need more resources becouse the minelife at their project is limited ..maybe 3-4 years from now ... so its highly possible they will make an offer for Condor... they are debt free and will use ther free-cashflow to bring La India into production ...my opinion...

Lookslike a good bidder to me ... they are debt free and they are producing appr. 20 million$ free cash-flow per quarter ..MTL has good upside in SP too ... so we can relax here ... this is no overvalued company...

Lets wait for the study ... i think down the road this project will grow to 3 million oz ... mineralisation starts near surface , so this will be a low Capex + Opex operation ...

One negative point... they don't say how much the AISC will come down .... their presentation says something around 1400$ AISC

This "billion dollar" was mentioned in the newspaper article + this sentence about "gold bars + cash " ... sounds like "fake" news to me ... we have to wait for an official news release an an deal signed by both parties .. in the meantime Thor earns money at POG near 2800$....

Not really .. the OSUN Statement looks different to the newspaper-article ...its a meditatiion ... and the problems will be solved in the interest of all parties ... the gouvernment wants taxes und future dividends

Thor Expl. is one og the cheapest stocks out there ... the cashflow at PG 2700$+ is huge , the marketcap extremly low ... in 1 year from now half of marketcap is cash and Thor is sitting on a second project with 2 million oz of gold in Senegal ... unbelieveable....

What i would like too is a merger with an development -company like Newcore in Ghana (value appr. 50 million USD) ..they own a very low cost-project with very low Capex + exploration upside ...

@120 million USD marketcat we trade at P/E-ratio 1-2 ... they will add cash at fast pace very soon .... bring down payables a bit to appr 40-50 million $ and start growing the cash balance ... they could buy back shares or adding value via drill-bit .... i like both options ;)
