Very robust rebuttal mate - lived in the UK for 5 years and am surprised how easy it was for traditionally high risk borrowers to not just get home loans but 100% mortgages (and more sometimes) - won't blame the poor homeowners as it's still the dream to have your own place BUT surely lenders need to be responsible and stick within the boundaries of conservative to medium risk applicants for the best interests of their shareholders, employees, the economoy and most importantly to protect the possibility of high risk profiles losing their home - as always respect your opinion.......
