One of their key senior managers resigned earlier this week which will be a huge blow to staff morale as he managed both the company's most profitable division and the top performers of \HLO

Did make a comment to your query at 11.02 mate.......and you must know that anything the chairman tells you is for public consumption as he will not break the confidentiality of the company but pleased that you are reassured at the conversation and genuinely hope that all shareholders do not lose out!

I thought their latest aquisistions cost over £100m to buy and this was the straw that broke the camel's back re the internal audit, suspension of shares, etc.......

Hard question to ask but is it possible that Healthcare Locums is now owned by the banks and is over £100m in debt which means all shares are worthless and they have until 25th July to start trading again otherwise the company has to be sold or liquidised?

Most of the posts about any share are "written diarrhoea" (yours included) - it's called personal opinion and if read as a mild form of entertainment and not actual fact, they are all harmless.......so chill mate.

Shocked by the suspension - no doubt KB is a hard business lady but also very smart with a sound reputation for success so surprised that she has been suspended by her own board. Lucky to sell above 250p but really feel for you all who are still holders - wish you all the best. My personal guess (only my humble opinion) is the internal audit is such a serious step for the directors to take that they must suspect it will show some major financial issues, which if proved may be the catalyst for this company to be sold cheaply. Once this happens, many investors and employees will suffer.......BUT KB is a survivor and a fighter, so do not write off the fact that she can emerge victorious from this embarrassingly public setback to once again lead HLO to greater heights - the only trouble is my head is saying no chance!

The fundamentals of HLO are still unchanged - it has a strong grip on it's market that has seen a growth pattern over the last few years that any business would be proud of. Key directors and senior management are still in place so all we need to ask ourselves is this: Do we hold shares in a failing company? Do we hold shares in a failing industry? If like me, the answer you arrive at is no, then we must logically see this price as a golden opportunity to invest more money for asn easy return. I never thought we would see this entry level ever again but will use it to create more wealth for me as this is at the very least a 200p stock any day of the week. This same principle has kept me in a number of shares that have fallen and then bounced back up - sure, some you need to sell due to their circumstances changing, but we must be astute enough to know the difference bewteen the two scenarios.

In the immortal words of this much loved Dad's Army character - Don't panic! We all know this is a rock solid, safe company to invest in and I for one just bought some more as it's easy money IMHO. HLO will ceratinly rise above 200p again very shortly and I foresee 250p by summer.......
