No there is not a placing, there was one months ago. They are fully funded and have around £12 Million in cash. Persimmon is trying to stir trouble as he is not a holder here, he has been bashing this share for months and I sense he is slightly envious of the positive movement today.

Regarding today's trades you will notice that retail clients cannot buy in very big quantities thene a couple of hours later all the delayed buys appear, I suspect these are on behalf of Institutional Investors and that is why retail cannot buy in volume and the price is held in place to fill these large orders at mates rates. Time will certainly tell, Persimmon could get in alot of trouble by posting rubbish like that trying to imply he has inside information.
